He is a visiting fellow of the School of Politics and International Relations at Queen Mary University of London, and a visiting fellow at the UNDP Global Centre for Public Service Excellence. His most recent book is "Public Services: a new reform agenda". Jayne Stephenson, Trafford Council Jayne Stephenson is Head of Partnerships, Intelligence and Community safety at Trafford Council in Greater Manchester and prior to this held a number of senior finance roles within the council. She led the successful integration of performance teams across the council, developed a national award-winning strategic partnership and has also been recognised for her work facilitating better collaboration between the council and police.  Guy Clifton,Grant Thornton Grant Thornton is the largest provider of external audit and related services to the public sector. Guy is a member of Grant Thornton's Public Sector Assurance practice and is Head of Local Government Advisory.
