Universal currently offers part-time workers a limited insurance plan that has low premiums but also caps the payout of benefits. OK, so it's not comprehensive coverage, but the point is, the employer is dropping coverage due to Obamacare constraints.
While other employers are laying off employees, and reducing hours to less than 30 hours per week, here is a company dropping existing coverage.
This idea of universal health insurance isn't playing out so well.
