Heinz offers buyouts to Pittsburgh-based employees H.J. Heinz Co. is offering buyouts to its nearly 800 Pittsburgh-based employees with a severance package that apparently gives an out to workers who aren't buying into the new corporate culture. Discuss CB Financial Services and FedFirst Financial plan to merge FedFirst Financial Corp. will merge into CB Financial Services Inc. in a $54.5 million cash and stock transaction, both banks said.
